Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your gum account and everything in it. You do not need the app installed to make the request.
How to request deletion
Email contact@passthatgum.com from the address you signed up with, with "Delete my account" as the subject. We may ask one question to confirm it's you, and nothing else.
What gets deleted
Your profile, the sets you logged, your card library, your friends and groups, and the messages and media you shared.
How long it takes
We acknowledge your request within two working days and complete deletion within 30 days. Some records may be retained where the law requires it; the privacy policy sets out the detail.
Deletion is permanent. It cannot be undone, and a deleted library cannot be restored.
